By using our website or visiting Helium, you Agree to comply with And be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Services

Our services include trampoline park access, party bookings, and related activities. You agree to:

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Follow all posted park rules and safety instructions
  • Respect staff, guests, and property

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violations of these terms.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in trampoline and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including injury.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with activities
  • You are physically able to participate
  • You will follow all safety rules and instructions
4. Waiver and Release of Liability

All participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a waiver before participating.
To the fullest extent permitted by lAw, Helium is not liAble for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property
  • Damages resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow rules
5. Tickets, Bookings, and Payments
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
  • Party bookings may require deposits and are subject to cancellation policies
6. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion
  • Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice
  • No-shows may forfeit payment
7. Conduct and Safety

For everyone’s safety:

  • Follow all posted park rules
  • No rough play, fighting, or unsafe behavior
  • Proper attire (including grip socks if required) must be worn Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
8. Minors
  • Guests under 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors
9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, text) is the property of Helium and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (956) 682-4832.
    After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
    After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
    If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
